Sushi-menu

Sushi is considered worldwide as the typical dish of the modern Japan. However, it doesn´t have its seeds  there. The first written evidence was found in a dictionary which was written in the 2nd century in China. Sushi is characterized as salted, in rice conserved fish. It started fermentation, that prevented further decay - a sort of conservation. After this the rice was disposed.
In a country such as Japan the people held economy and saving in high regard, so they couldn´t churm up with this waste of rice. That´s the way Sushi came into existence and in the meanwhile it also established in the western metropolis.

Without doubt Sushi is a healthy meal for two reasons. The advantage is that it contains only little fat. Furthermore the fresh fish includes polyunsaturated fatty acids and jodine. The embodied amino acid taurine reduces  the blood cholesterol level and prevents arteriosclerosis.

These facts give reason to enjoy Sushi made by Hiroshi Akutsu, one of germany´s best Sushimasters!
